I think his analogy was very fitting.  Either way both company had some folks who were childish and said some stupid things in the past.  However I have to agree with the OP that someone at Sony could have extended good sportsmanship but didn't and probably got slapped - hence the post got taken down.  

Sure MS was being arrogant and deserved the kicking they got - just like Snoy did when the PS3 launched.  However I have been noticing since E3 that Sony has been getting pretty arrogant again when they hear of news like sales are 6:1.  Notice they don't even consider Nintendo a treat at all.  Without a strong competitor both of these companies will do whatever monopolies do so I hope that Nintendo turns around and catches both of their pants down.

Notice the sarcastic "Next-gen" in quotes.  So the original intent of this tweet was to take a jab at MS.

Lol that wasn't classless by Sony...that was just business as usual. Plus the Xbox isn't out till tomorrow so we'll see if Sony says anything then.

Sony execs already congratulated MS on twitter for their launch.

Just because MS congratulated Sony doesn't mean Sony will stop aggressively marketing their product in comparison to their competitor and vice versa. That's business.
