Agreed but Wii U software can have great legs but that ain't goint to stop any of the software from selling poorly. There are 4 wii games ahead of the best selling Wii U game this week I believe.

I will never understand why people are talking about games losing steam and % drops year over year. They will have next gen versions that sell in millions for CoD, Battlefield and AC this year. Wait till you get those sales figures and add them to the existing sku and compare those numbers with last year..

time my friend, time........ PS3 shot up 4-5 years after release.

Games on WiiU will shoot up wen WiiU shoots up (wen ever that is)

Games like NSMBU/Nintendo Land arent even at half of wt it will sell lifetime.

Ex: NSMB (DS) sold i think 8mil Within First year and wasnt even close to half of its lifetime, not to mention Mario Kart Wii or even this generations 3ds games such as SM3DL+MK7!

BTW crazy thing is NSMB on DS is still $30 o.O

Nintendo needs to do a "buy 3 3DS games get a Wi U for free" deal.

Would help 3DS get its software sales up and help people realize the Wii U actually exist

I am afraid if it keeps selling poorly Nintenod will keep cutting back its investment in it (the Wii U)

"Nintendo wont cut investment off in the WiiU, they'll need a huge plan but they wont leave it especially with LoZ/SSB/MK8 and others still need to come out"

Dunban67 reply:
I don t think they would cut off ALL investment but so far they have not been fully behind the Wii U launch (I think due to min losses for their Q earnings) - the more they lose on it the more they tighten the money flow into it-

If you look at the tremendous energy and investments that Sony and MSFT have in their respective consoles then look at Nintendo s in the Wii U - there is no doubt the Wii U has not received its fair share (I am not saying Nintendo should invest as much total $'s/resources ) of attention from Nintendo- It is as if they want it to succeed before they invest big resources in it but in reality The console maker has to invest big resources in order to make it succeed- that may not have always been the model for Nintendo going back several generations but it is now and that won t change

Does anyone know when is the PS4 and Xbox One going to appear on the front page? :O

"I've Underestimated the Horse Power from Mario Kart 8, I'll Never Doubt the WiiU's Engine Again"

The UK Chart is missing a game. Like, literally. Chart-Track told us that the PS4 version of Ghosts charted this week and we haven't tracked it at all.
