Wow. 

It seems alot of gamers find little valur left in the PS4 launch. With the news that Driveclub is delayed ALOT of gamers are posting that they are switching their preoder to Xbox One or cancelling alltogether. Even the PS fans happy site Playstation.blog is errupting. Heres some posts.

This is relevant information, and directly affects PS4 sales on a SALES WEBSITE like VGC its relevant. Theres been plenty of Nintendo sales doomed threads. At least Ive left my own impressio out of it.

ONE TITLE yeah one big AAA launch title out of the what, 3 x 1st party launch titels. Where Knack is pretty meh.

So basically its Killzone and DriveClub. COD I don’t care about, neither Ass Creed. Battle Field in 720p? No thanks. The indie games are nice ofcourse, but don’t downplay this.

Xbones line up starts to look more and more appealing by the minute, with PS4′s biggest title falling months in delay. Don’t downplay this for people like me, which were buying the launch console FOR this game. I’ll not get the PS4 at launch anymore. So just that."

"This is really, really bad news for the PS4 launch line-up. In the space of a couple of days the two games I was most looking forward to getting with my PS4 have been delayed. That leaves me with just Killzone in the PS4 exclusives pile… and I’ve never been a massive Killzone fan. Played them all and thought they’ve just been OK. On the plus side (chortle, chortle) I was genuinely interested in Contrast, so at least it’s free now.

So I have a dilemma. Do I even bother with the PS4 now? If I want NFS Rivals, BF4, AC4, CoD:Ghosts or any other game I can get them on my Xbox One which I’ll have a week earlier as I live in Europe. Seriously starting to wander what the point is in owning a PS4 at launch now for me personally. I always knew Sony would find a way of messing all this goodwill up. They are going to have to THROW IN A BOXED GAME gratis like Microsoft are doing. Fifa or Forza on Xbox, Need For Speed or Knack/killzone for PS4.

OTHERWISE, this new trend of cancelling pre-orders I am seeing posted on threads is like a virus spreading expidentialy & is going to DESTROY the PS4 launch.

OT: I wouldn't cancel my preorder if I were them. But then again, the PS4 is all about the games, so if it doesn't have them why buy it?

Sony made a bad move. Every gamer should cancel their Playstation 4 preorder. They haven't been treating their customers like they deserve.

How about actually saying something about the topic itself? Its pretty clear to anyone that things arent looking as good now as they were only a Week ago.

Launch lineup is weak. I really cant blame people for wanting to cancel and wait it out (or just change launch console).

So, it's my fault now??? The news of DriveClub are as disappointing (i'm the first that is upset) as this is a flamebait thread. He is clearly enjoying in his OP the disgrace of PS fans..., so sorry, i feel upset by this thread.

It directly affects sales of PS4. This is a sales website. Sony done it to themselves. further replacing Driveclub with a multiplat.

I will delay my purchase and stick with my ps3 for now, However, i can't blame those changing to the competitor side due to dissapoinment, in fact, i understand perfectly.
