what's wrong with the other 2? XD, I see why you dislike Sticker Star since it isn't really an RPG, but Super Paper Mario is a "platforming RPG" if such a term exists XD

it might be, but it's not a Paper Mario, got it? paper mario is a turn based rpg with mario having partners so super paper mario is a different franchise.

The golden era of rpgs, to me, and mostly the only ones I've ever really been into, were mainly the SNES era rpgs. Breath of Fire, FF IV-VI, Chrono Trigger, Illusion of Gaia, etc.

Though I always have a soft spot in my heart for FFI on NES as well, despite it being balls hard and very archaic by now.

Not a huge JRPG fan, but Skies of Arcadia is EASILY one of my top 5 favorite games of all time. I love that game to death. I've beaten it at least 6 times, and done multiple partial playthroughs as well, which means I've probably logged more hours on that game than any other I've ever owned.

Valkyria Chronicles, Persona 3 and Legend of Legaia were pretty good.
