CBOAT on gaf also confirmed the 60 minute limit, it was just a glorified demo for your friends and family.

Why do people quote this guy as if everything he says is fact? He also said PS4 users would not have to pay to play online.

I don't get why they would need to remove this feature if it's just a glorified demo library.

because they only put it in the first place to try shut people up. it didnt work so they removed it because they never really cared about it or providing something good for gamers. if it doesnt make money for them, they simply wont add a feature, something that cant be said about both sony and nintendo

I can't even imagine the backlash Microsoft would have received when this news got out there.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

He admitted, though, that Sony had their shit locked down tight and he couldn't get much information about either their policies or their E3 show. Basically everything he said about MS came to pass, except that they didn't show Prince of Persia because it was apparently pulled. And he apologized for that, and you should worship him like I do.

Man, if they actually went through with this, using it as a major feature, it would have been hilarious. The brand would have literally SEGA'd.

If I remember correctly he said that he had not heard about Sony charging for online, then he went on to say that he doesn't have many contacts at Sony. If that's what you're talking about then no he wasn't wrong he said that he didn't hear anything and that he doubts it.

Ow, my sides... why couldn't this have happened?! The hilarity!

I knew it couldn't have been as amazing as so many people were naively assuming, but I didn't imagine for one second that it could POSSIBLY be this lame.

That's a cool theory but it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Lol, I'm glad I didn't buy into that family plan BS then.
