Well, that's...strange. I just watched the review for GRAW, and it states 9.1, on site is 8.8, and everywhere else you look it's 9.9...

I think that Marcus mentioned that only game rated higher on GT has recon in its name, so that was what made me google "gametrailers" and "9.9"...and indeed the results were popping all over (even Wiki states 9.9)

So either they were ashamed in retrospect for giving it such high score (though, it seems only 360 version got it) and changed it, or there's another review buried somewhere on GT.

Well I did a sort by and it didnt show up so, yeah. It's not 9.9 basically xD

GTA 4 is definitely overrated, but still- there are few open world games even today that accomplished what it did 5 years ago.

Yep it needs to fall below 94,50 to be 94.

But they also have a special system to value some notes over the others, it depends on the review site. You need to click the "most active" and the bigger sites are on top, and their reviews are valued from highest to lowest. And every major gaming site already made a TLoU review, so the new reviews are probably from some minor sites, whose reviews are low valued. Or at least I think so :P

Didnt you also say it'll never hit 96 as well?

thinking of buying a ps3 just for this title...but I do prefer zombie games like state of decay and rising dead 1...couldn't get into rising dead 2

The Multiplayer is miles ahead of UC2/3 and fits the game perfectly

Was there are a reason for the score coming so long after the review first emerged?

not too long ago, i remember people arguing that critics became more harsh in rating games because it was late in the generation. by their logic the Last of Us is a 15/10 game anyway :D

This is actually correct, it was their highest rated game ever at 9.9 but it looks like they changed it to an 8.8 when they redesigned the site. Pretty scummy of them.
