Great job MS! This clear stuff and it's a lot better than the absurd things fans of opposing consoles were saying. I will definitely be getting Xbox One. I also love how they're being fair to players that want to sell used games and to the developers to make the games.

Don't be surprised when Gamestop takes it out on Xbox gamers. MS just stepped on used game profits.

Being fair to consumers who wish to sell their games ? What by giving them one option to sell their game, real fair.

I see loop holes emerging in a system like this-

First off, every family on x-box 1 is going to have ten members living in ten different households confirmed. Each 'family' member will be responsible for buying the next game, and everyone can take turns playing them remotely accessing their 'family' account. Smart gamers will also establish 'friend' networks with the sole purpose of 'gifting' games in exchange for others, which they will inturn share with their big ass Mormon sized families of 10. lol

So I can access my whole library at every Xbox One out there, just by logging in with my account and without any discs?

A-W-E-S-O-M-E !

And people with 18.000 posts on a gaming forum complaining about connecting the console to the internet can not be taken seriously. I am sorry.

Actually this is very good news. VERY GOOD.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Hell hath frozen over! I`m a Husker fan and I`m agreeing with a Sooner fan.

I really don`t see all the fuss over this anymore. The fears off privacy using Kinect 2.0 and Used game fees plus nobody being able to borrow games etc have been handled and are not nearly as horrific as originally speculated.

I am a Gamefly user however and I do hope they clarify whether or not Gamefly or even places I work for like Blockbuster will even be able to rent out Xbox One titles in some shape or form.

Unless you are in the Military or less developed country the whole 24 hour check in won`t be even noticed by most. If you are one of those few unlucky fellows you could at least use your phone as a mobile hotspot when needed to fix this issue.

How our favorite systems are just like humans and sometimes have issues finding their special someone...

Xbox 360 wants to KinectPS3 wants to Move!  Why are both systems having such relationship problems?  The reason is they both become so infactuated with desire while watching the Wii as it waggles on by. They simply want what they can't have.

Yeah sounds really awesome at first but then its only great if you have friends with excellent Internet that don't mind if you download a 25gb game instead of bringing the disc.

It can be done with PSN too. Logging on another console far away and redownloading a title from your account. So its not really that special its more like normal. Thats Standard everywhere except Nintendo.

The biggest difference that I see from Ms and Sony right now is the always on requirement.

While both appear to be letting up publishers insert first-sale doctrine stifling DRM possibilities, only the always on (24 hour check) of Microsoft means that without servers, all your games become unplayable.

And given the way Microsoft has hand,Ed the announcement, I doubt anyone has thought of how to moe games to the XB2020.

I like to jump around, and would lead a fairly serene and aimless existence if it weren't for my friends always getting into trouble. I love to help out, even when it puts me at risk. I seem to make friends with people who just can't stay out of trouble.

The older I get, the more I fear for the future of our society.
