The biggest difference that I see from Ms and Sony right now is the always on requirement.
While both appear to be letting up publishers insert first-sale doctrine stifling DRM possibilities, only the always on (24 hour check) of Microsoft means that without servers, all your games become unplayable.
And given the way Microsoft has hand,Ed the announcement, I doubt anyone has thought of how to moe games to the XB2020.
