He can't really answer that. He made a mistake by posting in this thread without further thoughts of what could be answered to him. I guess we won't see him again in this thread and even if, he will try do evade somehow. This doesn't mean the memory-solution for WiiU is good but Sony's isn't good in some systems in any way either.

Mine were horrendous. However, with the last update they sped up and I expect it to continue to get better. I think it had a lot to do with code within the OS and probably how their server farms worked/located.

I downloaded the Resident Evil Revelations Demo yesterday (~600mb) and it took around 10 minutes to download and install. Pretty good I'd say.

Nowadays you pay for server-farms and connection, namely akamai. Nintendo uses them.

The first update was a bit slowish, but if you buy a system now that should be installed out of the box so no need to worry about that anymore. The rest is fine. It's faster then PS3 in any case.

Yeah right they should spend extra 100 for an overpriced internal hardrive with 1/5 the  size of an external 100$ harddrive MAKES TOTAL SENSE.
Especially since the external harddrive can have music and movies in case you want to use it with a PC or TV with usb port.  And an extra WiiU partition in case you want to use it with the WiiU   while an internal harddrive is bound to the console....

And btw your SHOULDN'T HAVE TO  is nonsense since  going digital is OPTIONAL. You know what that means? Great!

Sony also sells a 12GB flash version of the PS3.  If you want to buy digital downloads on that, you have to purchase a 2.5" notebook drive and install that.  Not a lot different than the Wii U....LOL Sony fanboys...Wow!...now mods, I was just going along with his reply....

Let me spell it out to you,

On xbox you have to pay overprices for a hard drive

On PS3 you had to pay 599 and then still had to pay for a new HDD cause the old ones weren´t enough.

On WiiU you only pay for what you need, it save you money that you can spend on games instead.
