To determine this, you would have to add up all the consoles, not just look at how much the top one sold. However, I have a feeling they are probably pretty close.

Doesn't something like this happen every year? I seem to remember a similar bump last year or so. Isn't the bump the results of 'Golden Week?'

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
