It's only 4 months away so now is the perfect time to open.  Sony have a decent line up from now until mid November but it's not great from mid November to Christmas.  However MHW being a January release should ensure good ps4 sales in December.  That limited edition pro should do nicely too.  

I still think ps4 sales 2017 > 2016 and I'm hoping they shift over 2m this year. 

Can't wait for Monster Hunter to appear soon! ^^

I think it will be very interesting to see how MHW will perform, given it is released on home platforms this time around. As I recall, they do not make old bones on HW apart for Monster Hunter Tri - which was kind of a success story on Wii.

Anyhow, I look forward to see if Capcom made the right call.

yeah, i'm really curios how good monster hunter will do in japan. the advantage of monster hunter over dragon quest is that in japan is exclusive for ps4, wonder this will show a difference in numbers on the comg chart

Another day, another 2 points for Odyssey. Constantly and steadily moving.
It has one week to build as big of a lead it can over 3D Land.

For those curious about Cold Steel 3: Falcom themself said they are happy with the preorders ... which makes me curious what kinda ratio the game will have in the end.
