Yes, but nobody knows what will happen to it. Nintendo hasn't mentioned in a long time.

They need to get their act together. Splatoon and Mario maker hit the ball out of the park but since then it's just been let down after let down. Yokai just Dance, Amiibo Festival, Star Fox delays, no word on WiiU sonic and Mario and then the Wii U production issues.

Honestly I highly doubt they're losing sleep over this. The only thing I feel that is on their minds in regards to Japan is making sure they get their stock back with the Wii U and hoping that Pokkén will follow in the footsteps of the other leggy Wii U titles.
