While its a great game, they overdid the difficulty to achieve "family game" status. That career mode was over the top for most people. The game looked family friendly but it was harddcore gamer designed.

Personally i love it aside the burning rangers course and the difficulty of the career mode aswell as the AI that had the 9 against one mentality. They need to make the game friendlier. Also, what the hell happened to the DLC?! Its like SEGA lost all faith in the game.

Yes, I agree with you on the career mode. The originals concept of earning coins that went towards characters, tracks etc was great. I could be playing two player with my little sister yet still be earning coins for the unlockables. All-Stars' career mode was draining.

Everything else was pretty much top notch. The graphics were surperb and the handling was excellent.

Mixture of both I would say.

Well, better to sell shitty numbers and profit than to sell shitloads of games and lose tons of money. At least they are well managed.

I hope they localise Yakuza 5 though. I'd buy the Japanese version, but I wouldn't understand 90% of the game...
