Forums - Politics Discussion - Yet another call for gun control - Daily Show

So, I know there are a few gun enthusiast around here, and they are from the States. And taking into account the recent events, I wanted to share this.

I'm going to use the second post, to put the videos, still don't kwow how to include them in the OP.

Here are the videos.

As an Australian, I love living in a country where guns are controlled.

I have no problem with what the Daily Show talked about in the three part Australian bit.

I'd rather we all have swords.
Imagine if the gun was never invented we'd have some kickass swords by now.

Nintendopie  Was obviously right and I was obviously wrong. I will forever be a lesser being than them. (6/16/13)

I second this. I'm no fan of John Howard, but what he did after the Port Arthur massacre was absolutely what needed to be done, it's one of the best things any PM has done in the last few decades. I love living in a country where I don't have to worry about getting shot whenever I leave my house.

Surely this is just common sense. and I just find it funny that the Australians were saying exactly the same things that Americans do today about gun control and yet Australians are fine. So much for home "defense" and these other bullshit arguments against gun control! It don't have to be a ban but some kind of gun control like universal background checks and limits to ammo would be a start and that wouldn't infringe your amendment 2.

But I am so glad guns are so hard to get in the UK

PSP, PS3, Vita, 3DS, Wii U and PS4.
