Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Best realistic graphics on Wii

Most have been mentioned, but i thought (dont laugh) that Medal of Honor Heroes 2 wasnt a bad looking Wii game, especially in 480p.

When it came out it was the best FPS on Wii but it doesn't compare well (visually or otherwise) with later FPSs (Conduit, Goldeneye, CoD)

Some didn't even read the thread title. A new low has been settled.

OP: Silent Hill, Darkside Chronicles and The Last Story.

Proud to be the first cool Nintendo fan ever

Number ONE Zelda fan in the Universe

DKCTF didn't move consoles

Prediction: No Zelda HD for Wii U, quietly moved to the succesor

Predictions for Nintendo NX and Mobile

Gotta put in another vote for Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. The lighting was pretty fantastic, and the character models were very well made.

Also, let's not forget the Endless Ocean and Resident Evil Chronicles games. They looked great as well! ^_^

Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands (runs at 60 FPS too)

Still unhappy that I'm the only one who really cares about this game. It was awesome.

You're not the only one.  I really enjoyed it.  Definitely one of Wii's most overlooked and under-appreciated games.

It's definitely one of my top ten Wii games. I'd put it up there with The Sands of Time in terms of level design.

One of my favorite Wii games! The last riddle with the crystals though...cost me TEN hours to solve it, since I bought the game day-1 there was no walkthrough at that time. Needless to say, I only beat it once^^

I actually think that Umbrella Chronicles was better in the graphic department:

From pictures/videos and bought games, i`ll start with Endless Ocean 2. From videos, the game looked really good.
Conduit looked pretty good too. What else, MH 3 looked really good aswell. The PoP pics look great, to be honest.
Weird part is that most horror/survival games are some of the best looking games on Wii.

What MOHH2 had was 60fps, which makes a big difference in SD first person shooters.  The textures and models were not the greatest, but the smoothness & playablity were top notch, even with 32 players online.

Since we're using rail shooters as examples I guess I'll post a couple Dead Space: Extraction pics.

Metroid Other M had some decent graphics in places, all at a smooth frame rate.

These games would have been perfect if Wii could handle HD.

The thread is asking about realistic games, not stylized.  Other M kind of runs the line, but the others are simply too stylized.

Scarface was a nice looking open world game on the Wii.
