Forums - Sales Discussion - PSV Senran Kagura sales exceed 120,000 copies

Marvelous AQL has announced that Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus for PS Vita has exceeded 120,000 copies sold in Japan, counting physical and download editions. The game released Feb 28 amid the Vita system price drop, and was plagued by constant stock shortages nationwide over the last half a week. This makes it the highest, and fastest, selling title in the series, as well as one of the top openers in Japan for PS Vita.

Awesome news!!

Pretty good to hear, but looking at the pre-orders I was expecting around 80-100k, so 120k including digital downloads, and bundles would not be too surprising.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

Great news!

good success, now here is hope that actually good games will see even more sales on PSV

OMG, i'm so happy XD

I will laugh if this outsells Soul Sacrifice first week...

this is good news, its also going to be nice to see how much digital sales this game will have. since we know sales over all and we will get the sales of from media create/famtisu it will be cool to see the ratio between boxed and digital sales on the vita for this game
