No. It was much better. Watch it again in the highest Res you can find. If not 1080p than expect more than you see but graphical tech in it is already beyond anything you will see on PS3.

It doesn't matter to me as long as the frame-rate is consistently steady. I never even notice which games are 60fps or 30fps until someone online makes a big deal about it. I mean that in all honesty, it just don't matter enough to me to think about.

Pacther might look a big silly right now, but that's about it.

However, it also needs to be recognized that we're talking about launch games, which never give an accurate picture of a console's upper limits. Even if I were going to complain about 30fps, which I'm not, I wouldn't do it with a launch game.
