I say FF XIII, and Resistance 2 will move the most hardware.

Well I know R2 will move SOME hardware because of it's recent boasting rights, but other than that I wouldn't normally consider a sequal to a just recently established franchise a major system mover :P ESP considering it's on the same system, I'd assume that people who already own resistance will buy it in droves, but those people already have PS3's :P

MGS4, GT5, FF13, and GoW3 since they are well established franchises with proven mass market appeal. I don't think any one title is going to stand out as some super system seller though. The PS3 should simply start building steam as big games are released rather than suddenly blowing up based on a single game. I think the biggest system seller of the four I picked will be whatever game is released closest to a price drop.

I would say the biggest movers would be GT 5 and FF 13. I just don't see MGS4 the system mover that everyone makes it out to be. The game itself will sell great though.

Have you ever sen how much increase in PS2 hardware sales did GTA3 or GTA3:SA? =)))

If you expect to see sales going from 150k weekly to 300k weekly for several month because of ONE game, then you are fool.
One game maybe will move aditional 200-300k HW, in next few weeks(800k in month instead of 600k) maybe more, but then it will go to normal, BUT with 5-10k more weekly then before(620-640k per month).
ALL these games will make to go 150k weekly sales to 300k weekly sales for many month.

Did Uncharted make a big boost in PS3 sales? Or Ratchet? or UT3? BUT PS3 still outsold x360 in december 2007. =) That`s because of these games. BUT not ONE game alone.
