MGS4, GT5, FF13, and GoW3 since they are well established franchises with proven mass market appeal. I don't think any one title is going to stand out as some super system seller though. The PS3 should simply start building steam as big games are released rather than suddenly blowing up based on a single game. I think the biggest system seller of the four I picked will be whatever game is released closest to a price drop.
