1 year timed exclusive on next Xbox and PC.

I hope so. It will get patched up by the time it comes to other platforms.

that is something i never really understood, maybe you can explain it.

let's say it will be out for nextbox and only one year later for ps4, if i want to have a patched version, i just wait until i get the patched version, pay probably much less then because th egame is already discounted and will get it still earlier or at least at the same time the ps4 will get it for full price.

Sometimes when the game takes a while to get a ported to different console they usually include the DLC. Not always though. I got Mass Effect 2 on ps3 with all the dlc on disc. Your assumption is also based on the fact that a person owns both PS3/360 or PS4/720 in this case. If you own one what choice do you have other than wait for the port and cross your fingers it doesn't crash. Price for games also drops really fast these days. Other than Nintendo games which are full price and than they are discontinued.

no, it isn't my assumption to own both consoles.

if i own only one console i don't hope to get the game a year later as the other console just because the game has to get patched, i rather get the game at the same time, wait until it gets a patch, buy it for a cheaper price and still have it earlier or at least at the same time as if the game would get the release only one year later for my console.

and even if you get the game a year later as patched version  it has probably some new problems the other console version didn't have which means you get a version which needs maybe some patches then and the other console version already out a year has already no real problems anymore.

Hopefully it's more like New Vegas. But without the bugs of course.

New Vegas had more humor, better quests, more player choice, better characters and a better story.

Regardless, I'll be looking forward to it.

For any other games yes but Bethesda's record on playstation has been shaky. Fallout/Skyrim on PS3 has been hit and miss. A friend had no problems at all while the other's framerate dropped below 15. Let's see what next gen playstation platform brings though. Well you can ask sales2099 why it would be a year late on non microsoft devices. I'll probably wait for the GOTY myself if i end up getting it. These games just take a really long time commitment though.

Well, as much as I enjoy Fallout and Elder Scrolls, I´m never buying a Bethesda game at launch again.

yes yes yes yes yes please fuck yes

They have hinted as much haven't they?

On the other hand, I am not quite sure that any publisher wants (or is allowed) to be announcing their christmas 2013 games before Sony and M$ make their plans public. I am sure Bethesda know when the next gen consoles are coming, but they definitely aren't allowed to tell us!

If it is really going to be announced shortly, by guess would be PS3, 360, PC in September, then bad next gen ports with their launches or shortly afterwards.

I don't think they would have had enough time to go for a nextBox/PC launch, neglecting current consoles. I also don't think that they would leave out Sony, there is no reason to

if all these devs are waiting for sony and microsoft to show ps4 and nextbox imagine this e3:

dragon age 3

fallout 4

probably a new finalfantasy

mass effect 4

sony and microsoft first party titles

cant wait for e3

Precisely! Though remember, half of them will never turn up, see FF Versus XIII!
