Vita slim. Smaller screen, reduce manufacture cost, cheaper price?

Or just a simple price drop.

Vita is expensive so only dedicated gamers buy it. Of course it will have a high software ratio.

However I don't know why Famitsu has not put up their numbers yet.

New Year is a big holiday in Japan. Just about every company is off at that time. Famitsu magazine doesn't even have a release this week and the new one will be next week. The new numbers will come sometime for both of them...

Yes, it had a nice launch week, but after that it was all down hill. (During that launch week it couldn't surpass 3DS sales though, so I guess the 3DS was even more of a BEAST!)

Especially scary when you consider that there's not going to be another equivalent spike like that in 2013 until they cut the price, because the announced software sure as hell isn't doing it. Instead it's similar sales rates to the remaining 47 weeks.
