Looks that way.  That or Guild Wars 2.  Guild Wars 2 beat the PC version of Dishonored so you have that.  Of course the editors will choose a little differently with different categories seeing as both categories will have different games so it may not.  They must really like Dishonored though.

Persona 4 is a remake and Gamespot didnt like Gravity Rush.  They gave it a 6.5

Well it is a really good game so I don't see the reason for being upset with it.   It was personally not my choice either but I don't disagree with it either.

FarCry 3 should have gotten best shooter IMO. I can't stop playing that shit.

It's a toss up for me between Halo 4 and Far Cry 3.  I think Far Cry 3 wins in story but Halo wins in content and Multiplayer.

More undeserved rewards for Guild Wars 2.

Its the most overated piece of crap MMO i ever played, and i am a huge fan of GW1. Obviously IGN reviewers didnt play for longer than 1 or 2 weeks. Try playing it for a month. Yes, it makes some things differently but hardly any of it works long term. Its one of the most boring games i have ever played. Repetitive content, stale combat system with no strategy that has you auto-attack most of the time, no social interaction (other players are nothing but human driven henchman you dont talk to), no team work necessary in PvE and essentially a zerg fest of spam auto-attack and your long cooldown skills, dodge, die spawn, run back and rejoin the fight.

Seriously, wake up! Play the game for more than a couple of days. Its a really bad game, wich is why its been declining in user base.
