I haven't played the game yet, but what is EMS? Maybe it's an iAP.

As for the "Why would they do this to me?"

ALOT of people game on their iPhones and iPads, myself included. That and DO want you to have to read:

"iPhones is better than 3DS and can house all their games! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!"

I have no comment about your quote because it will only result in a lot of arguments that cannot be settled without making compromises.
