Vermont has a very small population. Probably most are semi rich. Why would they resort to gun violence? I'd like to meet a homeless person from Vermont.

some much much better than others. there are many types of ammunition, while considered lethel arent very effective at killing.some bullets or more lethal than others. there's hollow points, armor piercing, JSP, JHP, FMJs, birdshot, buckshot, slugs, theres different powder count, different calibers, different aerodynamics to the bullet. All of these have verying effectiveness at killing. some bullets are designed to be very effective at killing, some at stopping power, some are just meant for plinking or target practice, some only good for skeet and trap. some designed for small game, and ineffective against big game.
my point was to debunk that guns are designed to kill and nothing more. some are, some are. but none of them will kill unless there is a person pulling the trigger.
