Saturn is better than both of them.

Wii for me ( as you would have prob guessed ), i fell out of love with gaming during the 32 bit era, even though i dabbled with a Saturn and PS1. It was the Dreamcast and Gamecube that rekindled my love for gaming. The Wii was/has been awesome, with what i think is one of the most diverse library of games out there, and love them or hate them motion controls has freshened up the game industry which was starting to go stale. Without Wii, no Kinect, Move or innovative tablet controls like the WiiU, and most importantly Its put Nintendo back on top of the game and given serious competition for Sony (which it never had for 2 gens).

I'm a lifelong Nintendo fan but I'd have to say I prefer the ps1 to the wii...

But I also prefer the n64 to either the wii or the ps1.

Wii by far. Only game I had on PS1 was LSD (Great Game) But the Wii has given me far more memorable times.

Of course PS1.

My first taste of PS1 was playing Resident Evil and Destruction Derby. MIND BLOWN!

PS1 is my choice by a long way. But I chose ball of string for a joke.

wii wins for me, I enjoyed some games on the ps1 but I enjoyed those games more on other consoles, you know... resident evil, metal gear...

Didn't even enjoy the Wii more than the NES, SNES, N64 and GC, let alone the PS1. Though I'll admit i've got over 300 hours clocked on Radiant Dawn.

I will say I had way more fun with Wii. My ALL TIME favorite console to this day is still N64...but I a feeling Wii-U will top N64 in due time.

PS1: Metal Gear 1, Marvel vs Capcom, Syphon Filter, Tenchu

Wii: SMG, SMG2, SSB, NSMB, DKC returns, Metroid, Mario Kart, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Zelda: Skyward, Punch-Out, Resident evil, House of the Dead etc.. etc...

Wii-U: NSMB-U, Zombie-U, Pikmin3, Batman Ark (Gamepad +), Nintendo Land, so far etc.. etc.. (See why I think Wii-U will top it?)
