Forums - Sony Discussion - Sony is really enticing me to buy a Vita

The bundles for sale on the 24th and 25th in the U.S. that they have been advertising are enticing me as well. If they could just bring out a few more games to expand the Vita's library, I'd be sold.

My biggest issue is actually the memory. What is it the non bundle basically comes with nothing? less than 1gb and uncharted golden abyss alone is bigger than that.

Yeah, what banana king said. i doubt the price will go lower then what the black friday deals are right now

But what are you missing though?  There's 4 fighters for it, 3 racers, 2 third person shooters (1 of them super amazing), 2 first person shooters (Though neither of them special), Madden, Fifa, mini games,  RPGs, Dungeon Crawlers, Assassin's Creed side game.

Only thing that could entice me to buy a Vita is if they figure out homebrew and emulation support for consoles NES to N64 (maybe even Dreamcast).

As is, I wouldn't use it even if someone gave it to me for free. I absolutely have no interest in playing wannabie console games on the go...

Why do you even come in a thread like this and comment? GTFO! You added absolutly nothing to this thread. You are getting worse by the day.

OT: go for it, I for one love it

OP's thread says "Sony is really enticing me to buy a Vita"... and I just stated that what they are doing with the Vita isn't enticing me at all.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings by stating my opinion on a console...as rediculous as that sounds.

So old console games are fine O.o?

Correct, old console games start within 15 seconds and tend to be fun right away. On something like Mortal Kombat 2, you push start, play a few rounds for 5 mins and quick save and continue with your commute.

I can't even get through to the tutorial in PSV Uncharted in 5 minutes thanks to loading, cinematics and dev company logos.

It really depends on how you view the Vita. To me the Vita is actually incredibly under-priced?

Why?

Well, it can do everything that a tablet can do -- but has a greater GPU. Yet... the tablets that share similar hardware are $400 +. I simply love my Vita, it's awesome having Hulu plus on the go. It's awesome having a web browser that's simply superior to my Phone. It's also awesome playing games that my phone will never get.

Oh and, It's also great that about 75 % of all PSP games are under $20 on the PS store. Simply worth it, when you consider they support the new hardware stick and extra vita options.

As for you disolitude: it's not a valid opinion when you say something that's not factual. You're certainly free to say you have no interest buy saying something like -- "playing wannabie console games on the go..." -- Provides no factual relevance.

Author of this post, If you're interested in a Vita... I'd strongly recommend getting one. I happen to love mine, and the PS + has made the deal even sweeter. My gf also has a great time with it, as there are a few FREE games that come with the vita. (She's addicted to a puzzle game.)

is that black friday bundle deal going to be on amazon?? or what about cyber monday? either way

Really? I have some great land in Florida (beautiful beaches!) with lots of water and trees you may be interested in.
