Looks like the only games I'm hyped for right now are Grand Theft Auto V & The Last of Us.. Tomb Raider looks like it'll be abandoning its roots like Absolution. We'll see though.

Nice we are on the same hype train with GTA5 and TLOU. Also Tomb Raider should be okay if it just borrows the good parts from Uncharted. I am sure not many have the patience for old school type Tomb Raider's anymore.

I don't think it's going to be like the other tomb raiders. There's Survival Elements/RPG which seem cool. The combat was always aweful so hopefully they'll fix that.The story was always bad too so hopefully these changes are good.

The main thing I'm worried about is if the puzzles/platforming is still great. And maybe it is a bit shooty or a bit too many set pieces like uncharted. However Deus Ex, previews were pretty full of shooty, and it didn't end up that way. Interesting game regardless for me.

As for hitman, I like it a lot. I find it sort of how deus ex -> Human Revolution is, only a bit more dumbdowned. Some important Core Elements dumb downed (but for me it's still hitman). Some of the general mechanics and things are improved making it less clunky. Overall it's what I expected, but I wasn't expecting near as much as you either.
