That was my USA WW prediction. I agree with your first week hopefully the preorders are similar to Europe as they are in N. America. 

Playstation All Stars numbers are so low and the game is 5 weeks from launch.

Based on preorder data from stores Halo 4 is on track to have a huge opening in America. Preorders of the limited edition are sold out everywhere but walmart. I don't have data for individual skus from Halo Reach and Halo 3, but Halo 2 sold 1.5million "limited edition copies" along with 1.8mil normal copies its first month, so its not as if microsoft actually makes a very limited quantity of them. http://www.quartertothree.com/game-talk/showthread.php?t=15544
