That is the catch, yes is their loss, but will they admit it?, or blame the gamers and the console? Will they say "it was our fault by not beign ready for the console launch" or will they say "Nintendo console owners don't want to play our kind of games, why spend more money supporting it"? It would be harder for them to blame it on the players IF ZombiU sales a lot, but in BlOps 2 or AC3 does it they will say that those are multimillon sellers anyway and will sale in any console. I want to see the final sales of ME3 on Wii U, but more important EA reaction on it.

I don't think any company will use launch titles as a guideline for how their future games will perform. Thats foolish of them. Launch titles tend not to sell as much as games later anyway since the install base goes up. I still think they will bring the trilogy to wii u just for more cash grabs. Ea probably don't care how well it sells on any system now since the trilogy has passed the point where the majority care. Like I said the 360 trilogy will probably outsell the ps3 trilogy and wii u version of this combined. This series was only really going to sell well on 360 because of the type of game it is. Everything else is just extra pocket.
I don't think this is some conspiracy against nintendo. It might look like they are releasing the trilogy to spite the sales but I doubt that. People should remember this wii u version in itself is just another cash in.
The people I feel sorry for are the developers being made to work on this because they actually look like they are putting effort into this port and are trying to make it work on wii u. This proves ea is just using them and probably doesn't care how well it does while the developers of it do care.
