!update #1  , i got this message just now, I gave up the adress and number and waiting for response , I didn't really ask for support (since its too much of a hassle really),and most of this thread, is just for the lulz, since the controller have been this way for quite awhile, and I gave up on it, so i just tried to "fix it" but it effed it up more, but it seems the guys at razer being really nice.

I bought it about a couple of months ago (for saints row) i barely used it, since I mostly use mouse and keyboard and since I finished most of saints row with Keyboard and mouse, It was fine, it had additional bumpers for you to assign buttons on, didn't use those, but they're a good addition

plus it looks really good, and feels good too , which is Razer always does... but this is why I hate razer at the moment , see i have purchased lots of razer stuff, they look good, a bit pricey though , but they get the job done, so I bought this, hoping for it to be awesome, It actualy WAS at the start, no lag, awesome movement, great feel, but now after leaving it for quite awhile (and tried it recently because of Sleeping dogs) , i plugged it in, trying to play Sleeping dogs, I noticed my character was like "HAHA IM GOING TO BEAT YOU ALL!" then for some reason he runs the other way, I thought it was a glitch or something for sleeping dogs, as it was reading my mouse, so I plugged the mouse, and my dude just goes backwards for no reason, when i press up with the analog he goes down , when i press down and then release it, he stops , so each time i want to walk forward i have to have a tugg of war battle with the character, i thought it was just Sleeping dogs, then i decided to switch game to YS , and my character was having rough sex humping sex with the wall...wtf girl, calm your tits.

so i looked around for solutions for this bullshit and it turns out EVERYONE who is unlucky enough to buy this piece of shit has this problem,

So please people for the love of PC gaming , and for the love of all the companies that support it , DON'T BUT THIS PIECE OF SHIT

and stop supporting Razer and support to the all realiable LOGITECH , (hell even my Razer Molten Naga mouse is becoming lame recently)

screw razer and their fancy looking overpriced pieces of shit, I've have logitech stuff for about 6 or so years and they still work. (the wheel controller for example that i used on PS2 still works perfectly)

I'll probably just throw it away, but the thing is, i've bought it for $95, used it just a couple of days, tried to fix it for it ever since sleeping dogs got released (a month ago), so I am serious when I said i spent more time trying to fix it.

It's not that simple, you actually have to take apart the controller to fix it.

Back in the days, I bought two Razer mouse , turned out they did not respond after one year. Razer shit is not reliable at all.

I bought the Xbox 360 controller for my PC. I know it's reliable, works great and it's less than half the price of that thing. Did you consider buying this instead?

I have it back at home, its realiable too, never failed, its even better than 360 controllers (console) because its without that battery thing.
