it has no drivers, and its not a driver issue 
I've spent more time trying to fix it than actually using it, here is what it looks like now
I'll probably just throw it away, but the thing is, i've bought it for $95, used it just a couple of days, tried to fix it for it ever since sleeping dogs got released (a month ago), so I am serious when I said i spent more time trying to fix it.
