EDIT:  It appears that this whole thing is fake.  On one hand, good.  But, on the other hand, it wasn't a cool joke.  Anyway, I'm not 100% certain that it's a joke yet, but, she has closed her youtube account...  Today, as a matter of fact, because I was just there earlier and it worked fine...

Multiple sources on Twitter and Facebook claim it's all a hoax.. But, I'm not a member of any Social Networking sites..

Going to go ahead and spread this news around.  Frankly, it's gut wrenching to know people can act like this over an argument....

However, Ashley Carter, a Tekken player from the UK, was stabbed after an argument escalated.  Ambulance took over 40 minutes to arrive, and during that time, she lost lots of blood and eventually died from the injury.

Very sickening that people to things like this over an argument.  There's no reason for that.  Hope whoevers responsible for it gets an appropriate punishment.

Isn't it weird how certain people can be stabbed 30+ times across their entire chest and body and live, yet others can be stabbed just once in the stomach and die? Same with gunshots. It's weird.

Damn not a bad player would of kicked my ass if we went one on one

But wow Tekken Tag 2 was just a few weeks away and she had her whole life ahead of her

The ambulance took 40 minutes to arrive, and probably the same amount of time to get her to the hospital....  The reporter isn't clear, but, I'm sure if they'd been closer to the hospital, she would have made it.

The Stomach is actually one nasty place to be stabbed or shot, despite what westerns suggest.

What we use to digest food is extremely damaging to the rest of the body.

Not to mention there are a LOT of vital organs right around that area, that could of been what was really hit.

If she had received first-add sooner her life could be saved

Poor girl, same age as my younger brother too. It's sickening that people can do this.

May strength be bestowed on the loved ones that will miss this young lady.

Hope Ashley finds solace in whatever comes beyond this life.

Please forgive the perpetrator, we do not know the reason for this conclusion, but we do know love and forgiveness are our greatest strength. We are not defined by one act, or trait, but the overall spirit we posses. As the bible tells us, and The Boss, good and evil are defined by the times in which we live. There is no definitive right or wrong, nor is there conclusive evidence whether death is a positive or negative.

Tekken aside, this is a tragedy no matter who is involved.

It happens far too often in society in general.
