Forums - General - Free-flowing Bible Discussion thread.

I was under the impression this thread here was supposed to be a place to post stuff about the Bible:

http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=145810&page=1

I was then informed by the author of that thread, that it wasn't for it.  The thread, instead, was one where the creator would post a single topic, control the agenda, and then have people post about it until they were done, and then move onto another topic they picked.  They also suggested I cretae a separate thread (check my wall for this).

So, in light of that, I created this thread.  Anything connected with the Bible, Christian thought, theology or whatever, put here.  Heck, even stick stuff like Jesus Man here.  Actually, nevermind, I have that covered:

Anyhow, feel free to go on whatever.

As. Said in the other thread.

What happened to dinosaurs and unicorns. I went into better detail there.

They all died because they have doo doo in their souls.

Unicorn?

Looks like a King James translation for another Hebrew word.  Would fit in post-flood, which is the main shot at the Bible regarding the dinosaurs.

Good idea for a thread. The author of the last one was a huge... well... Yeah.

I was told once in Bible School that Noah took the Dinosaurs with him on the ark due to the fact the Earth was only 6,000 years old. And that T-Rex ate bushes.

I find I can do a dozen of speculative fiction to make sense out of it, but best to not do that, because it may not be true.  And it is my own thoughts.  With the Bible, I find it best to ask, "Exactly WHAT is in it is of value today?"

One thing that can happen with threads on forums like this, is the writer has an agenda, but may not be aware they have an agenda, and then when a thread goes directions they don't expect, their agenda becomes manifest.

I did figure it might be good to just have a free-flowing thread for anything hovering around the Bible and Christian religion, that people could post on, without restrictions to it... thus the "Jesus, man" video /
