So, I have been on the fence about getting a new smartphone but waiting until my contract ran out with AT&T so I can take it somewhere for cheaper, however last night my phone was dropped and the screen is all screwed up and no longer functions. I had a friend at work say that he can't even call my phone, supposedly drops the call instantly.
Anyways, it seems that the Galaxy SIII just released, so I am thinking about getting it. Then on the other hand I was thinking of an iPhone because I want the games, but that 3.5" screen is such a bummer for me when you see that the SIII has a 4.8" screen.
I CAN'T DECIDE AND I ONLY HAVE UNTIL THE END OF MY WORK SHIFT TO FIGURE IT OUT!!!

Well, I guess it depends on if you're planning to stick with AT&T. I have a Galaxy Nexus, and it's amazing, so I'd totally recommend Samsung's next flagship Android phone.
Other than that, if your carrier has a top notch Windows Phone, I'd recommend looking into it. It's pretty impressive - I wanted one, but Verizon has no 4G Windows phones, so that made my decision for me. If your carrier has them, they are better than they have any right to be.

Well, I will have to stick with AT&T it seems considering my plan isn't up until the end of September. Anyways, I know I can get a Galaxy Nexus out of contract from Google for $400, but the S3 is actually pretty well priced at $200 at launch, which to me was very surprising. Plus my job has some kind of deal with ADP who has some kind of deal with AT&T and Verizon, it ends up allowing me so shave 8% off my monthly bill with AT&T.
I kind of like the style of the windows phones, but it is just so lacking in the software department and I regularly game on my phones, which is the only reason why I even considering an iPhone, even with it's little screen. So many of the titles that I want, like the new Final Fantasy 25th Anniversary game, is only Android/iPhone. That is a big turn off for me sadly.
It's tough, but you are right in that Samsung phones are really nice devices.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
