Wellllll... I just saw this picture on Engadget that suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Note is coming to T-Mobile... (http://www.engadget.com/2012/04/24/samsung-galaxy-note-for-t-mobile-spotted-in-the-wild/) Well, this is kind of awkward with me saying I'm getting it... and now I'm not too sure If I want to get it. :/

If you are an artist and really enjoy drawing... then get the note.

If you are not, get another phone.

I have the Galaxy Nexus and frankly its a gift from god.

The One X seems like its a really good phone from reviews and such, so I'm sure its pretty cool too.

You could buy a new GNex from Google directly that would work on tmobile for $400 or a used one (GSM Unlocked) on Ebay for quite a bit less.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy S3 (which will be best on market easily) will be out within a month according to rumors. So it kind of depends on your upgrade time frame and patience.

I just decided to go with the classic in white. The Galaxy S II. I don't have the best of patience. XD It's a pretty nice phone, though! And it was in my price range.

Yeah, the S2 is a good phone too. Its the sister phone to my Gnex.

Had an EVO at launch and I know at least 4 other people that had the 4g EVO or the 3d evo and they all had major probs with the phone, my touch screen barely worked af 14 months and the battery was terrible, never even had 4g turned on idle with 4g on I used to maybe get 6 hours out of it. I will not be going with HTC for another phone.

I had a bad experience with htc phones so I avoid them.

To be honest guys, I heard that last years models in particular were somewhat of a let down for HTC, plagued with some strange hardware design choices and they made HTC sense too bloated. That's the beauty of so much choice in the sector .

If I'd been looking before christmas then I'd have definitely gone with the SII, it's a brilliant device, plus it's getting ICS!

I really like (and want) a One X but I will stick to my Sensation as long as it works well. And it's only one year old.
I didn't think there'd be a phone I'd want that quickly. Like the design and the camera features are what I was hoping for for years now.
Hope HTC will release another model I love when I want to get rid of my Sensation.

I currently have an HTC Wildfire S, I embarrassingly dropped it down the loo not long ago but it still works perfectly.

@Twroo

Would I want to go back to long battery life with no real features or a manageable battery life of 24 hours with lots of features then I say 1 day and features please. Once you have got used to walking around with this sort of power in your pocket taking it away is no longer an option.

Hopefully some of the work Intel is doing amongst others to improve battery life and still retain functionality is interesting and yeah sure a 30 day kindle like battery life is for sure appealling is just does not exist yet.

Oh I agree, if I could afford a smartphone I would have no complaints as long as it lasted at least a day, but it would be nice if battery tech improved at the speed the rest of tech does... my first phone lasted about 2 weeks per charge (though I used to turn it off at night then, but I am pretty sure it would have lasted 10 days without the nightime downtime)

I was reading an article about some of the things graphene is being tested for, supposedly it could significantly increase (I think it was about 3-4 times) the life of rechargable batteries... although some of the other experiments are far more interesting, such as being able to create conductive plastics, foldable touchscreens and apparently transparent aircraft (the last one wasn't really explained, but it sounds cool)
