Resident Evil 4 - 12+

Star Fox probably about 10+ times.

I usually play a game once. Especially within the last few generations. Back when I was a kid and all I had was super mario, duck hunt, and double dragon, then yeah I beat them multiple times. But now, as an adult in the current games market that has an near endless selection of games, I always play them once and move on. I am actually contemplating of playing Journey a 2nd time, and that is only because it was a fantastic, but more importantly, short experience.

Just too much good shit out there to warrant playing a game more than once. But that is my personal circumstance. I started playing MGS4 on hard after I beat it on normal, but then moved on to the next game whatever that was back then. Yeah, I play a a game once but try to get the most I can out of it. I do not platinum cause I cant be bothered, but I do fish around for hidden rewards, voice logs, intel, bla bla to an extent that I am content with and generally try to uncover as much as I can the first time around as I know I won't be treading the same waters again.

I don't think I've played any game more than twice. My favorite games I beat once, then on my second play through, I go for a 100% completion. Since I have Ocarina of Time 3D now, when I beat it, that will be my third play through, which will unlock Master Quest for my fourth play through.

probs 3 times for mgs3 mgs1 and uncharted DF (was required for platinum)

dont really replay games much more than once but play it very slow and do all the collection/exploring in that one play through my first play through is usually much much longer than most other gamers. this gen though ive been playing games around twice usually for trophies/achievements. i find it harder to replay games that are linear or have more platforming/cinematic sequences, cutscenes then games that have more gameplay like shooting or racing

Halo 3 at least 15 times

Sonic 3 & Knuckles... on the Genesis... No clue how many times.

Marvel Vs. Capcom 2

I honestly couldn't tell you how many times for any of those games... But, after the PS3 re-release of MvC2, I have not once beat the AI.... It'll be pretty hard to, considering I only play Training, and online unranked battles.
