Okay, the guy that moved to the flat above me 3 Months ago, i listening to music. so much that its louder than my Laptop, lying directly in front of me. (And believe me, my Notebook likes to be noisy if turned up to max. volume.)

by the way, i am tired, and its 21:00 over here. Oh, and this happened like every 3 days since he moved here., with me telling him that he should take a bit care of the others around him everytime, especially the little Child (6 months old) which lives above him.

Start acting really insane and unstable toward him then politely ask him to keep it down and make vague references to the insane things you have done when bothered by music. It will work. Trust me.

Call the police

Option A: Ring on his bell ask him politley to keep it down.

If he declines,depending on his reaction and appearance you can:


1. Threaten him with the Landlord
2. Call the Police
3. Go into his flat and destroy the device he was listening music on.
4. Punsh him into the face, an unexpected blow from a grown man should knock out most guys.

You should try to do step 1 first depending on your personality you can then try steps 2-4.

Saw your profile btw. You are from germany just say sue/police and that should work flawlessly. If you dont want to come around as pussy just punsh him then......

I'd go with the landlord for the first option, if he doesn't listen to you when you politely ask him to turn it down. If that doesn't work, there's always the cops. Destruction of his property or anything drastic like that will only lead to more trouble.

what you do is you write up a fake article about the guy who was in the flat before him, how he died in his sleep under mysterious circumstances. be sure to mention that he was not very popular with the neighbors. you print it on newspaper- paper, cut it out and pin it to his door with some cut off chicken feet.
