Okay, the guy that moved to the flat above me 3 Months ago, i listening to music. so much that its louder than my Laptop, lying directly in front of me. (And believe me, my Notebook likes to be noisy if turned up to max. volume.)
by the way, i am tired, and its 21:00 over here. Oh, and this happened like every 3 days since he moved here., with me telling him that he should take a bit care of the others around him everytime, especially the little Child (6 months old) which lives above him.
.. its enough, imo. so, what should i do?
I'm a Foreigner, and as such, i am grateful for everyone pointing out any mistakes in my english posted above - only this way i'll be able to improve. thank you!
