He sounds like the kind of guy who will do the opposite of what everyone else thinks just to get views.

Spot on.

From Dust is a worthless Populous clone but Bastion sure is a great game.

I tried the Bastion demo and was bored with it and the end of the demo. The narration hook is not enough for me to disguise a seen it before hack 'n slash game.

I definitely want to play around some more with from dust, but I'm waiting for the pc version hoping that will give you full control of the camera and cursor.

Maybe the demo of this game will convince me to buy some points.

Apparently the trial wasn't long enough for you to figure out what type of game it is either...

Ok, action-rpg, I get the 2 confused nowadays thanks DA2. But yes the trial was either too short to get me hooked or too long to keep me wanting more.

his reviews are awesome but his scores are lame lol

For anyone wondering, ITSP = Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet.

Just read his review...typical Jim Sterling, he's doing this for the views/publicity.

Yep hes a major example of people who shouldn't review games. LOL didn't he give Nintendogs a 10/10

God forbid any reviewers have differing opinions. If most of these reviewers weren't such sheep I would've never wasted 60 bucks on GTA IV.

Oh wow. Sorry to have hurt your fellings LMAO. I didn't realise you where one of these puppets getting there strings pulled by the reviews. Hey you know why I bought GTA4, because I looked at videos, screenshots and every other bit of media Rockstar released prior to the games release and what I saw I liked, so I bought the game and oh boy what a great 200 hours I spent playing that game. Its not my fault you are dumb enough to listen to reviews annd base your purchases off that. Your the only sheep there mate.

Unfortunatley the community is filled with people who listen to reviewers and its sad really because Jim sterlings 6/10 for ITSP will put people off purchasing that game and from all the media I've seen that game looks good.

I would love it if that happens.

Nothing is funnier than watching a troll desperate for attention.

Whats important is the consistency, not the score. 6 for him seems to mean that its a ok game, not a bad game. At least, from the examples you stated. Nowhere in the review does he say the game is shit. Take his 6 as 9. Beside, downloadable title are often reviewed higher based on their cheap price, which doesnt makes sense. If Bastion is release at 59$, will it still have a 10% higher meta then Tales of vesperia? As it is, it looks like you should choose bastion over tales of vesperia.

Jim Sterling Haters: Because giving games above average scores makes you a troll.

Love and tolerate.
