@Mugen
Yup. I ordered this bundle http://www.play.com/Games/PSP/4-/28741629/-/Product.html so rayman origins will be my first Vita Game. i have tons of digital psp games and plan to buy Escape plan at launch and Sumioni as soon as it is available.
Gotta admit though. I was planning to wait till Christmas for a better deal, but this thread got me really excited. It's thanks to everyone and especially you Mugen!

Stopped Playing Right Now! Man! WipeOut is Sick!, So is Uncharted! and Little Deviants is REALLY, let's not forget about Escape Plan, which is really fun as well.

For those who, in the US, have taken the 3G model or 1st Edition Bundle note that to get the 250MB AT&T DATA for free and the free PSN game you HAVE to purchase a 30 day Data Plan. and then at the end of those 30 days you'll get the PSN game and the extra data. sigh...

This may not be too imoortant to people, but I just finished playing Megaman X on Vita and it looks like all psp games are clocked at the full 333 clock of the psp. Which means older psp games are gonna be running at blazing speeds. Posted from my Vita.

If I wasn't strapped for cash until the end of March, I'd get a Vita now. As it is now, though, there are enough PS3 games coming out until the end of March that I won't have enough money to get a Vita.

Do you mean that they run at faster frame rates or that they play sped up (ie SFII Turbo)? Or do you just mean they load up faster?

I dont think I ever ran into slowdown issues on the PSP due to insufficient clock speeds. It was always the slow-ass UMD load times that bogged things up.

Plus I've noticed all the PS1 games I've played on the PS3 managed to retain the pokey CD load times despite running off HDD. It would be nice if this were no longer the case on the PSV, but I'll believe it when I see it firsthand next week.

Lame.

I wasn't planning on activating a data plan right off the bat, and I figured I'd be paying for at least one month's data packet, but it is pretty cheesey to tie that subscription to the free copy of Super Stardust Delta. Apparently it's AT&T that's giving away the game, not SCE, so it makes sense in a convoluted sort of way.

It's only a $10 game anyway.

I'm curious guys. Some of you said that some of the PSP games run faster. I'm very interested in knowing if the Lag on Final Fantasy Tactics : War of the Lions is gone when playing it in PSV. This alone would make me buy the system. I really loved how the Original ran on PS1. Some said that the original had lag, but I never saw it, but when I played the War of the Lions on the PSP, I couldn't stand it.
