No, why wouldn't they offer Uncharted 3?


Because the game has not yet been released, it would sell close to 0 copies at retail, size for download would be gigantic and would strain the 'new' servers.

Warhawk is first party? I thought Incognito wasn't a first party dev. Though now they're defunct I have no idea whose got what rights.

Yeah, Incognito were an internal studio.

And even though all those guys are now at Lightbox and Eat, Sleep, Play, Sony still owns the projects they're working on (Starhawk, Twisted Metal), so they're still first party games.

I love it... they are gonna give us 2 games out of 5 and before they have even announced the 5 we are already disappointed.. xD

If i could get pixeljunk shooter 2 and slam bolt scrappers i would be a very happy camper.  Especially since I don't' play most games online anyway and this issue hasn't really been bothersome for me at all.  I get something for nothing.

I like the free games...but I really think they need to drop the price of the PS3 ($219) and PSP ($99).

It is Sony published, I don't think they were really owned by Sony, but it was a very tight relationship. Added to that that Warhawk's sequel is going to be announced on Friday, it would be a decent opportunity for some advertising
