Mass Effect 2 is exceedingly unlikely, and Warhawk is fairly unlikely too. Neither of those are first party titles. The free games will most likely be owned entirely by Sony so they don't as such lose money by giving them away. Otherwise they would need to pay the developers/owners.

Warhawk is first party? I thought Incognito wasn't a first party dev. Though now they're defunct I have no idea whose got what rights.

It is Sony published, I don't think they were really owned by Sony, but it was a very tight relationship. Added to that that Warhawk's sequel is going to be announced on Friday, it would be a decent opportunity for some advertising
