Neither can I. And not just donating, donating big and serious cash!

If Sony wins, they'll take away our PS3's, try to make our gaming experiences miserable, will come up with new schemes to take away important functions from us, and who knows what else...

This. Look at the size of his computer room. He is so underprivaliged that he had to hack just to play his games. I feel nothing for him. Geohot or any other hacker will think twice about hacking a Sony product now. This guys gonna have one hefty bill to pay in the end and whatever amount for Sony's lawyers is obviously nothing to them.

Who cares if Sony losses, there gonna end up making the guy homeless from this lol

If they're gonna screw him up, which is bound to happen with donations or without, they might as well win so this whole thing isn't for nothing.

I am surprised some people are actually donating to him lol..50$-100$ donations. Wow. Use that money for an actual good cause, and not for someone who released a massive hack under his own name.

Imagine if for some reason, Microsoft or Apple (Windows or Mac OSX) were acting like Sony, and that you couldn’t access anything on your computer without their authorization? You want to install Skype, you can’t because Microsoft didn’t “approve” it.. because they want you to use MSN Messenger instead… Then where is your freedom on your own machine? that's why I donated.

All of you guys making donations to Geohot need to consider something serious and realistic.  You have breast cancer, child abuse, animal abuse, environmental protection, the fatherless, the homeless, the hungry, etc. you could have financially reach out to.  But instead, you put you hatred for a console maker over more important life changing issues.  You have to live with yourselves with your self-imposed blindness.  All of you who are making donations.
