Shipped : 5.52 Million

So about 2.6 Million units sitting on store shelves WW?

Seem reasonable for a game like this.. Sony knows it will have a fast sell-through to consumers with the holiday season so it's cheaper to print and ship alot in 1 time.. I'm sure Black OPs had similiar shipped vs sold number with millions of them on the shelves..

I want to add that with the holiday season a lot of press factories will be closed so you won't have the time to print extra copies.. most are closed around the 23th of december till 3 januari while sales are ongoing..

You're just being stupid here. Sold to retailers. Sony doesnt have direct access to sold directly to consumers... hell nobody has direct access to consumer purchase worldwide besides VGC:P

3.56 is simply huge in EMEA alone, because PS3 MW2 so far have sold 3.84 million in EMEA. Undertracked yes but not by huge amount.

First week 1.4-1.5 million

2nd week 650-700k

So its maybe undertracked by 250k in first two weeks.

I actually think our Americas numbers are probably slightly undertracked by maybe 100K - 150k?

NPD had the game at about 400k without the HW bundles in the US alone. We had it at 470k in all America WITH bundles...

EMEAA seems possibly undertracked too, although we could be too early to say. It did sell 500k Units this week there after-all.

Japan is spot on.

I'm not exactly an expert on sales though so... Yeah Things will become more clear when we get the actual Quarterly shipment number on PD's site.

Good point.. But i cant see hardware bundles more than 50k'sh? It didnt really seem to impact NA. I'd say maybe more on the line of 500-550k in NA and 1.2-1.3 milion FW in EMEAA. Second weeks seem spot on though

Sell-through is sold to consumers..


Then this means Kinect sold 1 million because it told 5 million sell-in numbers

What does this have to do with GT5? I don't see a PDF from MS..

All EU shops are empty, everything is outsold. My friends all bought GT5 and school mates.

Many people bought PS3 with GT5 same day.

But its sony document where its says: sold

so its sold not shipped, if there would be saying like its shipped, then i belive it but 0 word about shipping.


wow you are clearly a troll, firstly it was 7-8 million now you are saying it is 10. Secondly you are having a go at Eurogamer not having a source but then you spout random shipped numbers.
