Little information has been released about it in a year, not even a screenshot. Why would Rockstar do this? Because obviously Agent is a "Blue Harvest". The new franchise could have been LA Noire, which originally was for the PS3 only but recently switched to multiplatform.

Episodes came to the PS3 late, so to make up for it they could have agreed with Sony for a first year exclusive like they did with MS. When they mention it'll be "Completly different" they could just be implying the new GTA has a new engine and features not seen in past GTA games. Anybody else think "Agent" could just be GTA in disguise?

Probably, but at the same time, i don't think rockstar want 360 users to get angry and lose potential buyers. Remember Gta 4 sold more on 360 so i don't expect GTA 5 be a timed exclusive.
