sure they can,each has its own mac adress and console id but will they be able to detct the hack it which is the problem

 

the 360 pircasy still can bypass the XBL ban by some new hacks

PS2 as polluted with shovelware but it also got the premiumware

 

and hack doesn't cause you to get shovelware as even bad devs won't make games if nobody is gonna buy them

 

and abt the 360 hack,it is pretty mainstream and paying for live is  not a fair excuse

even the ps2 modchip hacks didn't allow you to play online
