Im sure that 10 dollars a month is if you only pay monthly, thats why I buy yearly subscriptions to xbox live because if you purchase it month by month you end up spending 96 dollars as its 7.99 a month. As long as this is the month to month price and not the yearly price broken down to make it sound like less money, then im sure there will be a discount for purchasing a full year. Hopefully.

i think i read somewhere that if they enable cross game chat it wouldn't be a paid service.

anyway, i want to get this but i probably won't. first, i'm too lazy and second, i don't have enough time to play the games that i own. psn/one games and demo's would be a waste for me.

the only thing that's really got me interested is the protection plan. i have an original 60 gb unit and so many people have been posting that their ps3's have died recently. i'm scared.

From what i have heard cross game chat will not be on PSN+ but free for all to use but its still all speculation

-insurance for PS3
-online saving feature
-GoogleTV has been mentioned as a "mabey"
-Free PSN game every month

I agree. I hate paying $7 per month for Xbox, but $10 on PSN???? I know its optional but still...

Before people were saying "Ill never pay for online" and "$50 a year is too much" and now its "you got my money sony" and "good job sony"..

Well you aren't paying for online, you are paying for features(which imo some should be free *cough* X-game voice chat *cough)
