As much as I like the Cube, the Wii already dwarfs it in great games.

Cube has:

RE4 (port), Tales of Symphonia, Eternal Darkness, Zelda WW, Mario Sunshine, SSBM, Metroid Prime, Resident Evil, Pikmin 1 and 2, Phantasy Star Online (port), F Zero GX, Super Monkey Ball

Wii has:

NSMB Wii, Super Mario Galaxy, SSBB, Metroid Prime Trilogy, Mario Kart Wii, Warioware, Little King's Story, Monster Hunter 3, RE:4 Wii Edition, Mario Strikers, Wii Sports and Resort, Madworld, Red Steel 2, Muramasa, Zelda TP, Zack and Wiki, House of the Dead: Overkill

I only owned 10 Gamecube games, and the Wii has a superior equivalent to all of them.

Hmm. GameCube had a ton of classics. Stuff like Wind Waker, the Prime games, the Viewtiful Joes, F-Zero GX, Melee, Paper Mario, Sunshine & the Rogue Squadrons were absolutely delightful.

Then again, Wii has some incredible stuff too. Galaxy, Prime 3, Brawl, Okami, the NMH's, the Endless Oceans, Zack & Wiki, De BLob, Red Steel 2, and all of the upcoming gems like Galaxy 2, Zelda Wii, Retro's projects etc., PLUS all the insanely great VC & WiiWare games... Also, all the NPC games, where games like Pikmin 1 & 2, DK Jungle Beat and other such great titles have been made even better.

Tough choice, but I'm going to say Wii's library is superior, and will only get better.

Wii's been had a better library than Cube. Its no comparison at this point.

 I find the Wii entries just draw droping better in creativeness and fun from Nintendo. They have put ideas forth I was skeptical about. However, after playing such simplistic games as Wii Sports, Wii Sports Resort, Endless Ocean etc etc I was amazed. I enjoyed my Gamecube very much, but I find Wii just better in all areas. A lot of the more "niche" type of games are just so dam entertaining to me. Some of the Wiiware games also make my jaw drop with what some of the smaller studios are capable of with such great use of there imagination. Having a 2D Super Mario entry alone puts it above the Gamecube and N64 in my book. Not to mention Super Mario Galaxy is my favorite 3D platformer of all time. None of the others even from Nintendo compare. Super Mario Galaxy 2 looks to add to that.

mario galaxy, ssbb and twilight princess are all better than there cube equivalents (sunshine, melee and WW, imo).  MP3 is the only one which is worse (MP is superior).

GC had some gems (Windwaker is still my favourite game)

Wii is better overall though. Hell after Zelda releases and if an F-Zero game releases I would say Wii > GC + N64

the gamecube has many, many awesome games like mario sunshine, paper mario TTYD, mario kart double dash!!, zelda wind waker, twilight princess, metroid prime 1+2, fire emblem path of radiance, animal crossing, smash bros. melee, viewtiful joe, eternal darkness, revil 4, killer7 and so much more...

but the wii is my favourite, because in my opinion, mario galaxy is better than sunshine (though sunshine is also a masterpiece), mario kart wii is better than DD, zelda TP is better because of the controls (same for revil 4), metroid prime 3 is my fav. metroid prime, brawl is better than melee plus the wii has awesome games like No More Heroes 1+2, NSMB, Excite Truck, Red Steel 2, Eledees(Elebits), Disaster Day of Crisis, Madworld, Wii Sports (Resort), Punch-Out!!, and the upcoming masterpieces Zelda Wii, SMG2 and Metroid Other M.

I only think that paper mario TTYD is better than Super Paper Mario, Fire Emblem Path of Radiance is better than Radiant Dawn and the original animal crossing is still the best.
