For a game like this IMO portability is not a plus. Yes I can continue it outside but I won't be able to play it when I am on a train or when I am away from my house. When you're outside there's a lot of distractions and a game like Soul you will need to focus. One distraction can be crucial so I would rather have a 60 FPS for the response time.

First of all: portability also means for me: I can play it in a hotel room or at my parents, where I can't take my home console with me. And secondly: Train works for me personally. Put headphones on, take a seat and immerse yourself. I played my first session of BOTW on the train, and it was awesome. I nearly missed my station to get out of the train.

Well, that might not work for everyone, but you could give it a try, you might never know. But I think everyone could profit from portability if staying in a hotel or at someone elses house. Also portability helps me to play it in my own home in bed or on the balcony. Even that is already a plus.
