btw, I noticed that no one is really bashing VGChartz in the comments anymore. I like to see that. Hopefully we can gain some more credibility in the industry. I would like to challenge NPD but they've been around for 10+ years analyzing video game sales.

That's because you can bash the consoles and companies here, but if you bash the site, you get banned. It's kind of like China if you think about it. As long as you support the country and don't bring that news from other places here, only looking at the positive, then everything is roses and sunshine!

in soviet russia forum bans you!

Andir, he was talking about comments on digg. If what you say is true, you'd probably be long gone

Oh, I was banned once, for a week because I called out the site. ioi doesn't take kindly to it.

It seems the mods need help with this forum.  I have zero tolerance for trolling, platform criticism (Rule 4), and poster bad-mouthing (Rule 3.4) and you will be reported.

No, it is bad attitude I don't take kindly to. As you are again displaying now.

You apparently don't see what people post in the Sony fourms.

Talk about bad attitude.  Always  talking about Sony going bottom up, how they think the PS3 is dead, how BluRay won't make it... etc.  I can probably pinpoint about 10 users that constantly re-itterate the same rehashed hate against Sony in every thread that might be a good news story...

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

Soon enough VGChartz will be a gaming website that becomes a phenomenon.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY

Part of it is a change on how we report the people online, under the old system it'd be at ~2200 total right now. We also have a lot more registered members online than previously.

Do you really not remember a little more than a year ago when the site would crash whenever we broke 1,000 users online?

It says 1100 users online for me?? Am I looking at it upside down or something?
